On your single tea listing?

Look, one listing is not enough. The point is to list a lot, hope people go see what else you have for sale and buy. One listing is not going to get a lot views, especially from people who don't look for tea.

Did you copy your entire listing from another source?
I ask because it both looks like a listing from a long established seller instead of a new one and it contains things that are years out of date, such as the Paypal Registered Address thing which hasn't been a thing on ebay for I don't even know how long.
Your food specifications and overall listing has multiple inaccuracies, possible plain lies.
Also, you have massive competition selling tea from your area all competing for the very small number of customers who are going to order tea from overseas that they can get in their local store.

There are 21,000 plus listings for ceylon tea.
You can't make medical claims about tea.
You can't specify you only accept PayPal.
You aren't supposed to copy and paste from other listings.
Did Seller School teach you that?

Get more people to be interested in your item.

You really need to list a variety of items and max out the number of listings you are currently allowed to have at any one time.
Can you list other items that are tea-related (i.e. teapot, tea cups, tea mugs, infusers, tea trays, etc etc)??

It doesn't matter what people want because there are so many sellers from Sri Lanka right now all trying to sell the same things to the limited amount of American ebay buyers who will actually order things from overseas which is only a tiny minority of them. This forces price competition to the point where it is impossible to sell those items at a profit. It is like trying to open a book store on a street that already has 15 other book stores right in a row and only 3 customers.
You have to find something unique or there is just no chance of success.
Right now American buyers can get Ceylon tea in their local tea stores and there are 1000 listings selling it from America. If you check worldwide you get another 35,000 listings, almost all from Sri Lanka. If you look at sold listings you see that the worldwide demand for Ceylon Tea on ebay from Sri Lanka is only enough to sell 26 units a day from those 35,000 listings, and judging from the prices at least 1/3rd of those had to have been sold at a loss.
I had more sales yesterday by myself than Ceylon Tea did, and there are a couple thousand sellers trying to sell it.
