List Item Problem

Hi. I'm a new seller. I was create my first listing but after i click the "List Item" button, i saw the page in the first picture.I checked the checkbox and click "Continue" button after i saw the error page in the second picture. I cant listing. What can i do?

You are located in Turkey.  

Did you link your bank account to Payoneer?  Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved? If not, this is what you need to do.  It can take weeks to be approved from Ebay.  You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it.  There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.  You should also consider this:

Get a Payoneer account.

Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.

It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

Did you set up a way for Ebay to collect the fee's that don't come from your Managed Payments account?
