I am a novice seller and I have posted a few items, can you let me know if there are any defects?

Looks nice however:

 

You should only photograph the amount you are selling, so you should only photograph 20 of the incense stix and nothing else.

 

Your prices are very high.  I bought chili powder from one of your SL competitors and they charged me $5.99 including shipping.  They also sent a thank you card.

 

I also bought some incense earlier in the year.  For 1 box of 24 they charged me $6.99 including shipping and gave me an extra for free.  Incense is very inexpensive.  No need to ask for that much, as most likely you won't get it.

 

You should add in your title as to how much cinnamon you are selling.  3 oz. 6 oz.???

Again, very expensive and most countries have their own cinnamon.  You cannot add unfounded health claims in your listing.  Doing that can get you into trouble.  Also, do not use yellow or bright light pink font in your listings.  Very hard to read. Stay with black or something darker than what you're using.

If you're selling one pack of 20 sticks, that's what your photo needs to show.

Problem with your "return policy" because you say "shipping costs will be deducted from refund".   You cannot offer "free shipping and then make customer pay "shipping costs" when they return item.  

 

If customer wants to return because they "changed their mind/buyer's remorse" you must refund (entire purchase price of item).   

 

Would be better to revise your listing and have customer pay shipping costs.   Incense $5 + Shipping $3.  That way if customer returns item because they "BUYER'S REMORSE/CHANGED THEIR MIND" you only have to refund $5.00.

 

Incense     $5.00

shipping  +$3.00

total price $8.00

 

However, if customer uses EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and claims "not as described, defective, counterfeit"  you are forced to refund $8.00 plus RETURN SHIPPING.    Or you can tell customer "keep item and don't return item" (that way you don't have to pay return shipping but you still have to refund $8.00 to customer).  Customer gets to keep item "for free".
