You have to earn it.

Put the work in and earn increases, feedback etc.,  just as all other sellers here have done

No, there is no way to raise your limits, especially before you have any sales. Once you have some under your belt, you can request higher limits once a month. But be prepared for the long haul, it may take a few months before it is granted. Good luck and wish you much success.

Well actually there is but I doubt it would apply to the OP.

If you have an existing selling id with higher limits and you add a new selling id you can contact eBay and link the two. That will give you an immediate increase (not as much as the existing account but better than what you have on the new account).
