Liberis eBay

I've been considering applying for a loan through the eBay Business Capital Program for some time now.   You always worry about how long the process is! Emails and calls... etc. before the process is completed.  To my surprise, everything is there for you on eBay, multiple options & quick results.  I called Liberis to entertain more options.  Danny Beebe answered my call.  Very friendly, super professional, patiently listened to everything I wanted to say.  He then took the time to explain the process in such a simple way.  I was approved quickly.  What I thought was going to be a stressful lengthy process, Danny made it look so easy, and made it happen fast.  Thank you, Danny, you are a true asset to Liberis & eBay.

Re: Liberis eBay

How much did you borrow?

What was the fee?

How long do they give you to pay it back?

Isn't it essentially a cash advance, rather than a loan?

@luckythewinner

Here is some info on eBay Seller Capital  For flexible cash advance the fee for $500 minimum is $17.45  set percent payback per sale is 20%.  There is no due date to pay back.

Re: Liberis eBay

I haven't done Liberis...I kinda don't like the thought of present funds getting taken away from sales.

I have done Klarna where you can do like 3 payments on certain dates...and I just signed up and got an Affirm card but haven't used that.

Re: Liberis eBay

Liberis and Klarna are not the same

With Liberis you borrow money to use for what ever you need it for,  it comes in handy for emergencies like getting my car fixed or paying bills.
Klarna is like PayPal pay in 4 where you make small payments on purchases.

Re: Liberis eBay

I was only thinking about eBay purchases actually.

Using Liberis to borrow money where it's not a purchase on eBay...not something I would do.

Re: Liberis eBay

its pretty expensive...usually like a 20% fee + interest.

Payback is somewhat lenient (just has to be continuous), but usually 20% of sale

I wouldn't have done that.

Re: Liberis eBay

Not sure where you are going to find a 3% loan.

Re: Liberis eBay

They offered me a $650 loan with great fanfare.

Re: Liberis eBay

The problem I am having is I applied and they checked all my info. Said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. A week later still hadn't heard anything so I message them. Said there was a delay and they are still working on my loan. I think they just put out messages on everybody's Ebay page telling them to apply for a loan.

There’s no interest if you are getting an advance on sales. You only pay 20% of your daily sales.
