Leaving feedback

I find the new system for leaving feedback awkward.  The old system told me how many items for which I needed to leave feedback, and I could clear them quickly.  Now, there is no indication of which items need feedback.  Also, when the feedback box does appear, there is no place to indicate if experience was negative or positive.  There is just  a box for a verbal content.  Also, I had a customer who purchased a large number of individual items which went out in one order.  The current setup asks me to give feedback on each of the items.  Very cumbersome.  

As reference, I am finding the feedback tool under "Orders" and then under " Paid and shipped"  Anybody have any better way of handling feedback??

I use the overview page in Seller hub which shows how many need to be left.......I click on that number and it comes up with a list to be left, you can check one a time , or some or all to leave at one time.  .......you can't leave any neg for buyers........   If you click some or all, that takes you to a page with those on there and you can leave the same feedback or tell them to vary it if you have several prewritten choices.......

Thanks.  I am on Seller Hub, but I see nothing that indicates how many feedback items need to be made.  I will keep looking.  Thanks again.
