This February also wins the Efficient Month of the Year award by having FIVE Saturdays, despite being the shortest month.

Furthermore, the date of 02/02/2020 is the FIRST palindrome of its kind in 900 years!

::audience breaks into hysterical cheering::

While we're waiting for an official reply, here's the seller update announcement, which has several helpful examples.

I haven't read any complaints abut monthly double billing in ages, and we just had two 31-day months, so I figured it was implemented smoothly.

Thanks for sharing this resource, @nobody*s_perfect

@callahanmagic, I can confirm that being charged twice in one month for a listing renewal is not possible - listings will renew on the same day every month or, in cases where the renewal date is not an option (ie. renews on the 31st, but there is no 31st in February), the listing will renew on the last day of the month. I recommend taking a look at the link that @nobody*s_perfect has provided, as this outlines the change in detail and provides a variety of examples that I believe will be helpful here.

Leap Year!!!

You have over 100 listings that began on December 31; they would have rolled over on January 31.

Trinton,

I hope that you are correct on this statement, but I have found out from previous experience that things on Ebay that are supposed to be impossible seem to happen quite often unfortunately.  This is not being critical of the information you have provided for us or your statements in any way, just bringing up past history with not only Ebay but with the world in general.  I think the old saying that best covers this is:

"Never say Never"

Again this is not criticizing anything that you have said so please do not take it as such.  I really do hope you  are correct so that Sellers do not have to continue to check their invoices for problems such as these and can focus more time each month to sourcing products as well as creating new listings.

This reminds me ... i was in law enforcement in the 80's. Our department was making the switch to computers. We questioned "what happens when the computers go down?".  We were told these are special computers "they never go down".   😃
