The item was purchased on October 6, 2021
Item delivered on October 8, 2021
The buyer wanted to return the item Reason: Changed mind
When he wrote to me in a message that he found the item at a cheaper price elsewhere,
That it is acceptable and in order,
Return label was provided on October 22, 2021,
The item was shipped by the buyer, only on November 26, 2021
The return policy in my store is 30 days,
About 50 days have passed since the purchase and 34 days have passed from the date of receipt of the return label until the day it is used.
It should be understood that I also have a limited time to return the product to my supplier and unfortunately this too has long since passed.
Please advise

After you sent the return shipping label, the buyer had a certain date by which to return. When you didn't get it back, you should have had the case closed and the buyer would have to keep the item.
I'm not sure what happens now.

Ever since CV19, buyers have had a tremendous amount of time to actually return the item (ship the return) after a 'return' has been approved.
Buy on Oct 1; Deliver on Oct 7. Buyer has 30 days, until Nov 6 to 'open' a return. Buyer then has somewhere between 15 and 21 (I've seen both) WORKING DAYS to actually ship it back (15 business would be 3 weeks)
So they could 'ship it back' to you as late as Nov 27 up to Dec 3/4?).
You would then 'receive' it, up to another 3-7 days after that.

As long as the buyer gets the item shipped back by the date Ebay gave them, it doesn't matter how long it takes to get returned to you, they'll still get their refund.
Dropshipping from other retailers is not allowed.

I had almost a similar experience. Buyer bought watch from me. And tried to return it on the 33 day. I have a 30 days free return. I declined the return. The case is now closed. You need to make your own choices as what to do. Most of the time, every thing works out.
Good luck on your selling journey.

uhg...that sucks and is crazy. Yeah. It's been close to 30 days since I shipped an expensive item. Still worried I'll get a return. As soon as the return is accepted is the date the buyer returned. They have a long time to actually return.
