I don't know if I am the only seller but I am very frustrated at other sellers. I spoke to the Lakeside Collection and got permission to list their items on Ebay. Lakeside Collection made it very clear if not in the title and least under the brand you had to list the items are from the Lakeside Collection. Also, you have to have their permission to sell and list their items. The phone call doesn't take long, but the company wants to know who is selling their products. I see too many people listing Lakeside items as unbranded and as a legitimate seller of their products this is frustrating me. Anyone else having the same issue I would love to know about it.

Dropshippers cannot regulate what third- or fourth-party sellers do.
They don't own any IP rights to the merchandise they sell.

Interesting business plan you have...and also a way of avoiding OOS defects as per your FB. Yes, very interesting...

Frankly, I think if you choose to go the dropshipping route like this, you might want to do it with a company that doesn't insist that you hang their name on every one of your listings, because all that does is make it easy for interested buyers to gather up all the sellers' listings for Lakeside products, and then go with whichever seller has the item listed for 3¢ less than the other guys.
You might stand a better chance against your competition by doing your own listings with your own photos of the item in question, and see if you can sell yours for more than what all of your other fellow dropshipping competitors are trying to get for theirs as a result. They're all using the same titles and the same stock photos; you need a way to stand out from the pack.
