Lables error not generating

For several days I have not been able to print my labels. I keep getting an error response. I called eBay,and the agent stated it is happening to millions of sellers right now that in 5 days it would be working. Sometimes it feels like they are saying what you want to hear to get you off the phone 

Please is anyone else not able to generate labels?

You "called" eBay? Where did you get the number? What is the error you are seeing?

If this was happening to millions of sellers I think there would be a lot more posts about it.

printed some last nite.    You might check to see if the browser needs updating, close out the computer and reboot.....or try a different browser.........
