Labels voided after not printing, then printed later...what to do now?

I have a problem that I don't know how to handle and I'd appreciate anyone with knowledge of this to please try and help me.

I just recently changed internet providers.  Yesterday, I went to print a shipping label and it did not print.  I voided it and checked "Label Did Not Print".  So I tried again.  Same thing.  Voided that label and checked "Label Did Not Print".  I called the new internet provided and they told me that it was probably because the printer wasn't added to the new service.  And that's exactly what it was.  In the meanitime, I wrote the buyer's name on the package and ran it to the post office.

Anyway, after adding the printer, the two labels printed out.  Now, I'm afraid that I won't get that postage refunded.  How do I go about going in and cancelling these two printed shipping labels out and what do I check as the reason?

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks in advance.

As long as you voided them and they don't turn up in the system....ie you didn't put them on a package and mail it......you'll get the refund.

As long as you actually voided the labels they can not or should not be used.  The fact that they printed has no bearing.

Just destroy the labels and wait the two weeks or so for a refund.

Here's a link to an eBay Guide someone wrote. It has instructions for cancelling an eBay or PayPal label.

It has been a long time since I've had to cancel one. The only thing I remember is that after you've paid for it and have to cancel it, you have to wait a while before your money is refunded. The USPS wants to make sure that in fact does not get used.

You can Void an ebay postage label for up to 5 days after purchase.  The credit takes 2 - 3 weeks to show up, because USPS waits to make sure that you really didn't use the label.

Okay you paid for the label. Did you print another label for that shipment?

If you didn't, just go into shipping labels and reprint it.

If you did do another label - just go to that first label and select void
