Label Printing Issue

I have been using sheets of 8 1/2 x 5/12 (2 per sheet) labels for my shipping labels.  All of a sudden they started printing out vertically instead of horizontal to fit the sheet.  Any idea how this would have happened or how to adjust this back?  I can't see anywhere on the Ebay app to change any kind of printing settings

In the print dialog window there should be a link for "preferences" or "properties."  Click there and then find print orientation, and if "landscape" change to "portrait" or vice versa.
