Label Formatting

Something was changed recently, problem with label printing a few weeks ago.... I use a 4"x6" label and iprt printer.

I can no longer get the labels to print to "fill" the label. how can this be fixed????

Currently I must select "Landscape" , additional settings and use the paper size of 85 which prints the label on the upper right side of the label.

You need to reselect the ebay label format.  On the create label page to the right, click on Show More and then at the bottom of that window click on CHANGE and select the 4x6 format.

Also make sure your browser is still opening PDF files with Adobe.

If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer type, and further details.
