I have been unable to list an item since the changes. I upload the photos, check off the item specifics, click done and the circle goes around and around as it is thinking. It doesn't stop until I exit out. Any suggestions would be most welcome. It isn't my computer. I assume that I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Thank you.

I was having this problem 2 days ago and it is back working (hope the error never returns). I had it 3 days before that too. Mine was worse, it dumped me out to a "We've Looked Everywhere" error page. It seems to be the fee schedule won't lock into the link acceptance in the code (for example, say you have listing fees from $0.25, or even 0, there will be one of those spinners next to the fee still going). Check your Drafts section, your work should be auto saved there, you won't be able to "sell a similar item" from Drafts, though.
You are not alone, and it can be quite annoying----worse place to get an error, right where one has to list items for both eBay and ourselves. You are likely on one of their network cloud servers that is having this error as their new programming is updating the previous stuff that was working. To get on a new cloud module, everything has to reset and re-recognize your existence (like shutting everything down, going to bed, waking up to a new day).
Better to list this thread in the "Seller Tools" forum where the appropriate readers can see your issue better.

I think that a lot of ebay sellers need to consider upgrading their computer equipment. Use Google Chrome and a computer that's less than five years old.

Yeah it ain't me that needs to update computer equipment. eBay has never had enough servers to properly handle the traffic.

Not the only one by any means - This and SOOOO many other glitches have infested the site for years now - sometimes they go away and then come back again - Dont expect an immediate fix or maybe ever - I have my relatively new computer optimized for efficiency and all unnecessary apps shut down or uninstalled - My guess is its not your computer, but you may try a different browser to see if that will help.
Otherwise, simply go to Drafts and you should be able to see a saved Draft that has most of the info you created - If you need to make more similar listings, after you are done finalizing the info and before you list the item, click on the "Save As Draft" link at the bottom of the listing page - From there, you can create additional drafts with the same info using the "Create a Copy" Link at the top of your Draft Results Page...Hope this helps...it should

That's not what it is. I use both Firefox and the latest Microsoft Edge with the same result for both. In fact, it's happening again to me right now; and if it doesn't stop today, I will be unable to list auctions at all tonight. Gee, thanks eBay, can you make a statement about this that you are aware of the issue? Every 3 days, I am unable to list live, update, or schedule anything. If I do write a sales page live for an item, it will auto-save it as a Draft, but if I try to create a draft or schedule an item, your system is telling me to pound sand with the "We've Looked Everywhere" error page.
3 times here, happening right now.

Additional: I have 5 auctions pre-scheduled from yesterday when the system was working. I will try the "bulk-Lister" with all 5 items at the same time to see if that will work for today, at least. If that doesn't go, big boo-bee.

Oh, is that what you think?!?
Right... because eBay's software is never glitchy or problematic whatsoever!
How silly of me!
C'mon now!!!!
btw...
I do have a new computer ('bout 8 months old actually), and Chrome is my browser... fully updated.
So... How now brown cow?
