Just Upgraded My Store Subscription, Only A few days left of month

Just upgraded from a basic to premium store subscription.  Should I have waited till the 1st of next month to have done it since theres only 4 days left of this month? In my account overview it says I now have 1000 free listings good from Jan 1st to Feb 1st. Am a paying for this whole month even though theres only a couple days left or is the price pro rated some how?

Subscription fee is prorated.  But you get the full number of free listings for the store subscription.
