You're right on one thing - the TRS-plus discount IS crap.  But you don't have to move your listings to another account, just get rid of it for those listings you're using it for.

I have never really understood the reason behind a sellers posting of their intention to leave, but I do wish you well wherever you end up and hope that you find a place better suited.........

Thank you.  I am doing what is best for me.  Again. this is my opinion.  This is my second account, that I don't really put much attention.  Its my second TRS, account.  But at this time, I am let it go, to the ground/moving on.  TOR RATED SELLER, its just crap...  If you believe, that once you get to TOP RATED SELLER, it's going to make more money...  No its not....

I'm not sure if you mean top rated or top rated plus.  When I was a seasonal seller, my top rated (NOT plus) status used to come and go, simply because I didn't sell enough over 3-4 months (late spring/summer) to make the monetary cut-off.  I'd go back to selling again after Labor Day and hey presto!  My TRS status would eventually come back. 

No, I never noticed a difference in sales between above average and top rated.  I  mean, one has to sell enough to BECOME top rated to begin with.  Which is why I've never really believed  there was any 'boost' in search, but DID believe that it helped with buyer trust.

@jhr-4800   This is confusing and not always well explained.

Your account isn't top rated plus, it's your listings that are top rated plus.  Your seller status is top rated, and the listings that have both free shipping and one-day handling themselves get the top rated plus status.  You can have some listings with the TRS+ status, and some that don't, but your seller status will be top rated regardless.

Unless I've completely misunderstood you.  Just didn't want you to go to a lot of trouble if you didn't have to (i.e., if you wanted to stop having those listings top rated plus).
