Hello everyone!
I sell old vintage lanterns and lamps and my customers are 90% from Japan. But now, I don´t know why, my auctions are not seen if Japan is a location on the customer profile. I wrote on eBay help, but always a different answer, and no one will help me. Now, when my auctions are not seen, no one buys my goods and I have no money! Does anyone have experience with this? Please help me...
Thank you!!!

Your listings show up as Worldwide - how do you know that those registered in Japan are not seeing your listings?

Others have experienced ongoing issues with similar listings not appearing when users in Japan (and a few other countries) search, even when shipping is included to that location.
See here for one example:

When you watch my profile and your location is USA or another state, now you can see my 31 auctions. But if you change your location to Japan, 0 auctions...

It is possible to recreate the problem by viewing the seller's items for sale, then changing the sort order to "Nearest First", and finally choosing Japan as the shipping location:
After that, be sure to change the shipping location back to your own, otherwise your shipping estimates will be wrong.

Thank you, I will try it all!

Looks like you tagged brittanie on that thread you linked and no blue replied.
perhaps inquire on the technical boards to see if there are any updates there? You could possibly just post on the link to the thread eburton linked for you and bump it up. Unfortunately, it appears to be an on-going issue, etc.
You could also reach out on social media (16) eBay for Business | Facebook and see if anyone can work to escalate this for you as well. Good luck!
