Ivoices and fees

Just hope everyone is getting fed up with what ebay is doing like myself. It's sad that this is the only site that has the selling tools and following because that's all it has! When it comes to knowing how much you have sold, what your fees are, what your being charged every month, etc. You cannot see your account anywhere. If you use your cell phone as your computer and have no other way to access your account it's as if your money is floating in space somewhere and you dont know what your even getting till it hits your bank. This is awful, and just plain wrong. Now they are tring to take away paypal where I could at least see an idea of what to expect in my account. I had somewhere to actual track my money. Especially for tax purposes. On taxes next year I'm telling my accountant to contact Ebay because I will have no idea what I sold and what my deductions are for fees. This is SAD SAD SAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS FOR YOUR SELLERS. Shame

I get an invoice from eBay every month.

It shows exactly what I am being charged that month.

It has a breakdown of every fee that makes up that invoice.
It is easily accessible through the Account Summary tab in the seller hub.

This place or any like it were never designed to be 100% a business ran on a cell phone. You need a computer and not use 'just the app'.

The 'app' if for quick listing (not really, but so they say)- but is really for 'perusing' things for sale, maybe put in your 'watch' list, until you can get to the computer to REALLY see the pictures, and READ the descriptions... something that is 'available' on the phone, but is seldom done.

Open eBay in your Mobile Browser (If you don't have a laptop or desktop)

My eBay>>Account>>Seller Account

https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&MyeBay=&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextSellerAccounts&ssPageN...

If you are trying to run a business ... get off of the App.

Get yourself a laptop

List using the "business tool" (formerly called the Advanced Listing Form)

Use the tools that eBay provides ... and keep your books with a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Google Sheets.

The app is not meant for business sellers ... it is meant for casual sellers.  All of the tools that you need are on the full site version of eBay and are accessible from Seller Hub
