This is a good point. But I am not quite sure why some sellers are still appearing as GD in this case.
It looks like even sellers that are not using expedited shipping, but are using economy shipping are even showing up as GD?
It doesn't make much sense that items with economy and standard shipping are showing up as GD, but expedited shipping is not.
I'm also looking at one other seller here who has expedited shipping in Medium Flat Rate, and it's showing up GD, while our listings are the exact same and are not appearing?
As you can see in the included image, based on the Guaranteed date, they must have the same or HIGHER handling time than us, and the same shipping method? The only difference seems to be FAST N FREE.
It feels quite unfair that FNF is showing up correctly, but those enrolled in actual GD are not? This could definitely have an effect on how appealing our listings are to customers who are concerned about receiving their item as fast as possible...
We have been dealing with unrealistic (too far out) expected delivery dates for some time now, showing no GD or fast n free.
Showing 2 weeks for 1st Class. Although not opted into the GD program our listings would show fast 'n free, and GD for some locations based on distance, and our "historical" shipping time. (we have 3 day handle) Now they do not.
Ship to same Zip zone 2 weeks out.
Sales are pathetic, as buyers are passing on the listings based on the 2 week delivery. When we do get a sale, the buyer is shown a date 2 weeks to over 1 month out even when we print a label. "Ship by" dates are shown as farther out than the expected by dates.
Listings offering "Priority" USPS shipping show a buyer 13 days to Cali from the East coast. Not until Feb 11 for Hawaii/PR/AK
Tried changing to 1 day handling with no change in the unrealistic dates.
I posted a thread on this problem, and directly emailed the "community" with examples per a "blue" instruction, but it will be 1 week today with no response.

Ouch! Very sorry to hear that! That sounds far worse than this issue affecting us!
I'm not sure why any CS seeing your issue wouldn't immediately escalate it as much as possible! It sounds crazy that they have such long ship times for "expedited" shipping!
FYI, it looks like another poster just made a thread for a similar issue! So you're not alone!
Your problem deserves a lot more attention! I hope you get a resolution to your problem soon!
