Hello hard working people!!!
I've been an ebay member since 2008 approximately. it's the first time I decide to come up here to talk about an issue that makes me feel not happy at all.
Ebay, first of all have been a great source of income for many of us; nevertheless, sometimes I feel like their program is designed in a way that they don't take into consideration our time, efforts, and dedication to succeed in this business.
This late decision Ebay has taken to "update" ITEM SPECIFICS, isn't bad if, it goes right to the point and doesn't interfere with its member's time wasting.
If there is something I do abhorre is to do something twice, knowing that I did well the first time. Having to do it again is kind of misterious to me, Why? should I ask, what's the catch here? Why do they, or their faulty program erase "everything" from listings? And then, to start from "ZERO"! Have to bring every item from shelves and start to google every little detail you did before, the hard way sometimes, and most of the time for those who can't reach sophisticated softwares.
Sometimes you try to reach an Ebay support agent, and Ain't that easy as it used to be. Now they have those crazy automated helpers, that almost before you send them your info, they fill up your screen with irrelevant stuffs. Today, I tried it and forgot it was 2:30 a.m.; I went into the listing section, and since I couldn't find my specific "Items Specifics", I decided to ask for help.
I start the chat: Hello! - machine: Hello my name! -- Me: Why all the informatio n I write in item specifics is erased if it's correct?- Machine: Sorry My name, but I just address issues related to buying and selling. (I thought for myself: And what is it I'm addressing here?) So, I ventured to ask another question: who's supposed to answer my questions then? -Machine: Goodbye.
