Items not automatically relisting

For the past month or so none of my auction items are relisting automatically. When I list them, it SAYS they will but they don't. Any insight?

I'm having the same issues both on my joint and solo accounts.

That doesn't last forever.

I think they are mainly doing it for newer accounts now.
