Around the same time we switched over to Managed Payments it appears that our listings were removed from the Google Shopping search results. All of our listings meet the requirements necessary for them to be displayed and when the listings were imported into another selling channel that shows you the results from submitting them to google all of them were accepted and are visible on google search through that other sales channel. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps every time telling me they will look into it and follow up and none ever do. We have a second account that we use to liquidate stale inventory which has much worse quality listings but is not on managed payments and every one of those listings show up in Google Shopping. We have also noticed that some of the third party authorizations from eBay that are on the liquidation account are not on the main one. Since making the switch our sales are down over 40% and we are on the verge of shuttering our business, working with support has gotten us no where so if anyone has any suggestions or can put us in touch with someone that will actually look into it we would appreciate it tremendously. Current theories are basically it has to do with ether managed payments or the missing third party authorizations because all of our other selling metrics are exactly where they need to be as a top rated seller. I have attached a picture of a side by side comparison of the two accounts authorizations and highlighted the missing ones.
