Items missing in my eBay categories

Hello!

Following is one example of an issue I am having with store categories. I have 10 ACTIVE items which I have placed in a category named Cashmere. When I checked this category (well after 24 hours) there were only 3 of the items in there. I double checked all of the items that should be there and they were correctly placed in that category and all spellings correct. Then when I checked back there were 3 items but different ones. Cashmere but the first 3 now disappeared. I deleted my eBay app and reinstalled. I refreshed the page… 

each time I look it’s a different set of 3-4 cashmere sweaters but never all 10. Has anyone else experienced this? I called eBay and they said “they will look into it”. 
this is happening with other categories too but only gave one example.

I just checked and see 9 listings in your store under Cashmere

I also see nine.  I use a computer, perhaps your issue is a function of the "app"?

Thank you so much for your reply!! First, I’m glad that you both can see the other items since I am simply concerned that buyers have access. So, I believe you must be correct that it has to do with the mobile app. I will do some more research.

You contacted ebay right? Just tell them the problem and they will take care.

Ok, just checked your store on the eBay app on android and in Cashmere I see 5 listing
