I have had an issue very much lately over the past few weeks. Even though I pay my ebay shop seller bill every month up until now views have been ok or atleast predictable. Now I get 0 views on almost all items or two horizontal lines or dashes for items. On top of that If i type in the search box my item word for word. It will not come up as existing at all! and if it does its way at the bottom of the list of which makes 0 sense as it is usually in the middle at least and should be at the top since i typed it in word for word. What is eBay up to here? I pay them each month for what? Nothing now. No sales no nothing. The only ones that actually get views or sell are the ones i purposely add the extra promoted/sponsored ad on of which i pay them even more money per item. I hope others are having this issue and its not just a few of us or me. eBay please respond with why this happening and the progress/plan you have to fix this! At this rate I am going to shut down my shop and go over to discogs if you keep yanking my chain week after week with no income but you expect the same bill to be paid.

Items have no views and not showing up in listings even when I type it in myself word for word?!
You'll need to give us a specific example of the listing number and the search terms you are using.

Thanks for that info. The dashes are getting to me. I had a similar thing happen to me with a crazy amount of views and then more dashes. Wouldn't it be nice if Ebay would at least mention the problem and when it might be fixed. The views are important. More imoportant than the watch numbers. I've sold way more items that had no watchers. So knowing how much interest an item has via its views is very important. Lets hope it will be fixed very soon.

I never said anything about new vs used!
My reference to "new" was as in "new to your listings" as opposed "old" meaning things that you have listed over and over again.
You started your post by claiming your listings could not be found in search, everyone who responded said they could find your listings using only a few words from the Title. I've dealt in the collectible record business as a buyer and seller for almost 50 years, I know a bit about the subject and I know how buyers react to vague and contradictory statements about condition....they DON'T buy!

I searched for 3 of your listings using the exact title and they all came up. However, when other sellers have said something similar, there has been the odd time that I couldn't find their listings using the exact title but could find it if I used keywords in the title to search.
