Items Not showing up? 20 year seller having issues.

Hello. I have been selling here for over twenty years.. due to a death in the family.. I had to open a new account and start over.. I listed three items.. and dont see them anywhere.. hours ago. Am I doing something wrong. it says active. I haven't listed anything since last xmas.. Have things changed that much? does it take hours for listings to show up? thanks in advance..

I only see one item listed (mermaid barbie).   When did you list your items?

yes, it can take as long as 24 hrs to show up..............

Probably three am in the middle of the night.. the post under yours says it may take twenty four hours to show up? maybe I have to give it time..  they have changed everything in the last six months.. but it went smooth.  I looked thru them many times.. don't see anything wrong.

Can you explain this more completely? 

Why can't you still use the other account?

Seems odd that they haven't shown up after all that time (might have something to do with new account you opened).

You can have Customer Service Rep call you back.    Go to HELP (select problem) and go to bottom of page and REQUEST CALLBACK (enter your phone number).

Because My boyfriend died and we lived together and it was in his name..  we had been here since 99.  Then when they changed over to manage payments I had to sign up under my name.. I know. I lost six thousand positive nice feedbacks.  ugg. I haven't listed since last december.. and when i just came back everything had changed..  and signing up for a new account was no picnic either. LOL

I just checked  the items on my selling page.. I see eleven views, four and three. So maybe they were just slow getting there. I dread to have to call. but I can. ugg. I usually come to the seller chats first.  get good advice here.

So very sorry for your loss. I understand your frustration, but you have the drive to keep going. I can’t help you with your problems, sorry. I just want to say hang in there.

It has only been a month since my last item sold but it had been listed for awhile.  I just tried to create a new listing and when I finish the entry and hit list it takes me to the Home page and gives me an error saying "We've looked everywhere.  Looks like  this page is missing."  Ridiculous
