Hi.
1. Item was sold and sent.
2. Postage office in destination country (UK) did some mishmash. They maybe had a problem with delivery or something. I wrote 5x to buyer about this. (his address was OK and confirmed). He told that he will prepare re-delivery or personal collection. After some time was in tracking:
"We hold on to items we've not been able to deliver, for 18 days. During this period we didn't receive any re-delivery or collection instructions from the intended recipient. So we've returned the item to the sender."
I wrote him about it and in tracking was info about returned process: "Item Despatched to Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre".
3. Buyer wanted refund, so I sent him next day a full refund.
4. After a few days new info in tracking "Item Received". But I nothing received. Seems to be received in destinatio country. I think buyer received item and Royal mail doing some mishmash in tracking information only. I have same situation last year, but another buyer sent me info about delivery. (but not seen in tracking.)
5. Buyer got me a nice positive feedback a few days ago!
6. I made reclamation at my Post office but information will be after few weeks.(I think it will be positive about delivered item.)
My question is: What I can doing when I will receive answer about sucesfully delivered item? Now I haven't money and item also. (80 GBP).
Thanks.

You've issued a refund and tracking now says the item has been delivered to the buyer?
If that is what has happened, you will have to rely on the honesty of the buyer to pay the money back.
Have you asked the buyer to repay the money?

No. 3, is where the mistake was made. I would not have refunded any buyer w/o having the pkg back to me. There were more than likely fees involved that perhaps the buyer did not want to pay. Relying on the buyer's honesty may not work in your favor. In the future, do not refund until you have the actual parcel back in your hands.

I refunded him 24th October and I still don't have package. (He paid 19th September) It was not his, but a postage problem.
I have had similar problem years ago with delivery to South America and this community recommended me a fast refund.
