Hi. I have an item sent to Kentucky and last tracked at Indianapolis ups. Should have been received March 15th. What to do next?

Update tracking if there is an open claim by the buyer.
Do not contact buyer...let buyer contact you first...don't 'open a can of worms'.
Yes, Indianapolis is ...'a hub' with problems.
Would I bother and waste time contacting UPS...not really...unless you have nothing else to do.
On the other hand...it might have gotten delivered without a scan...and the buyer might be a scammer...LOL

Sit tight...........don't give the buyer any ideas.

I had a package get stuck there for 10 days just recently, I think I mentioned it in a post. It eventually surfaced and was delivered.

I have a package that I mailed on Monday, 3/10, which my buyer has still not received. After over a week with no movement, I filed a "missing mail" search with the USPS, and a few hours later the package had a new scan. If your package was mailed USPS Priority and it's been over a week since it was accepted, I would file a missing package search.

Indianapolis Distribution center has been a complete mess for months on end. Whenever I send a package that is heading in the direction where it may pass through that facility I contact the buyer and tell them we are sending FED EX. It is simply THAT BAD. ALMOST EVERY PACKAGE I HAVE HAD GO THROUGH THAT CENTER is delayed. I have had to do missing mail searches constantly when a package ends up there. SO I send FEDEX TO ANYTHING GOING from my location in NC up towards there.

Put the tracking number in the eBay case.
Then file "missing package" with the USPS.
