Item specifics scrolling glitch

When adding item specifics, as I scroll to enter the next category, the screen will bounce or auto-scroll to a different section of item specifics. It also occurs after entering the data and clicking the  “done” tab. After clicking the “done” tab the screen reverts to the main item specific list but not at my current or next category. This only occurs using my mobile app. Is there a fix for this aggravating glitch?

Which browser are you using?

Any difference if you use another browser?

Why would the browser matter if this is only happening through the ebay app?

If the problem only happens when using the app, you may want to try deleting the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the app again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

If that does not help, try using a browser to list instead of the app until there is a new app update.
