Item sold but not received an e-mail from E-Bay

I have sold 2 items yesterday and received an 'Item sold' e-mail for one item but not for the other.

I by chance noticed today that the item was sold yesterday and I need to post it.

Nothing wrong with my notification settings as I did receive an e-mail for the 1st one and also for all other items sold previously. Is this a glitch?

Any advice on this one? I wouldn't like to lose my 100% grading due to unshipped items of which I am not aware off.

Use seller hub. All the info you need can be found there. Don't rely on emails to conduct your business.

It has been known to happen and you should never rely on notifications alone, check eBay each day at least once a day.
