I just sold an item and was prompted to print the shipping label. I did and then checked my email. First email stated that the user bought my item for the buy-it-now price, 34 mins from that email I got duplicate emails stating that ebay had to cancel the bids for the user because they aren't registered on ebay. I am confused because my items shows up as sold on ebay but under, it says "this user is no longer registered on ebay", and the payment has fully gone through on my paypal account. Am I ok to ship the order or what?

I had that happen once. I shipped and all was good. Money stayed right where it should have.

Don't ship until I send you my address...... Oooops, never mind, not my size.....
Why would you ship anything in view of what eBay has told you? Yes, the eBay notice could be fake. But the buyer isn't?
Email the buyer and seek cancellation, give the buyer a copy of the eBay notice.

The buyer is no longer registered so messages probably won't go through to them.
My advice to the Op is to wait and see if the charges are reversed via Paypal within the next week or so.
