Item had bidders but marked as unsold?

My item https://www.ebay.com/itm/384455699964  said that it had bidders but marked as unsold?  Why

     From everything I can see the item sold. There were two bidders and a total of 4 bids. Is this not showing up in your orders view? Where are you seeing the information that says it did not sell?

It may just be a time lag, auction definitely won 10.38am  10/26 but I can not see it in your sold listings either.

Probably just the "end of month bug." This was widely reported at the end of February and a couple other months this year. It should resolve itself after some time. Maybe an hour or a few hours.

Has your bidder paid? Technically, something isn't sold until it's been paid for. Maybe eBay has finally realized this?
