Item condition new or used?

I have a piece of furniture that I purchased new.

I never used the item but no longer have the original box.

Can I sell this item as a "new" item or should I say it's "used"?

if the category has 'open box' then use that, if not see if 'new other' is available, if not, it can be sold as new without the box. in any case, just add that the original box is not included

I'd suggest gently used, open box implies the box is included in the listing.

"Gently Used" is not an option in the Condition menu.

There are the valid options for my item:

- New

- Open Box

- Seller Refurbished

- Used

- For parts or not working
