As title says...
I've bought an used car part. (No paypal option -->Bank transfer).
Immediately after paying i've contacted the seller to let him know. Payment market as Paid on my ebay (No response from seller).
Few days later the package was delivered to me without problems or any delays.
Next day i've got a reminder from ebay which says i have to pay an item i've won and that an unpaid case was opened.
Messaged the seller right away to mark the item as paid (No response again).
Today after 15 days ebay messaged me again saying :
This unpaid item will be recorded on your account

- Clicking "below" helps me nothing. It only says what i must do and how can i check different paying methods.
Can i do anything else? Negative feedback would help? How to prove to ebay i've paid and also recieved my item?
Thanks for your help!

What you marked was "Payment Sent," not "Paid." The seller apparently has the automated Unpaid Item Assistant set up, and in the absence of their action to mark the item as Paid (from their side it counts; from your side it does not), you got an Unpaid Item dispute filed on you. Have you tried phoning the seller?

The seller failed to mark as payment received as should have been done. I do this when I received a USPS Money Order for an item - after I cash the money order.
Contact the seller and ask them to call customer service (as it were) and have the seller confirm the transaction has been completed. Give the seller a deadline to comply. If it's not resolved in your favor the old negative feedback button may need to be activated.
Don't threaten the sell with neg FB in your communications. It will be misinterpreted and could bite you in the tuckus.

I hope you have a real honest seller. As soon as the case closed the fvf's he was charged were credited back to him like he never sold the item. An honest seller will work with you. A dishonest one, well..........

This seller knew wxactly what he was doing. You get an unpaid item strike and he gets his fees back when the case is closed.

Hi ******,
You didn't pay for your item for the last 16 days, so the seller canceled the order and the unpaid item case is now closed. Since the case closed without you paying, we have to record an unpaid item on your account. To prevent this from happening again, please pay within 2 days of committing to buy an item.
If you already paid and feel you shouldn't get an unpaid item recorded on your account, contact eBay below.-

Report the seller while you're at it. These kind of guys make a bad name for all of us sellers.

Payment is automatically noted on the seller side - it is not done manually - when you pay through eBay.
If you paid through by paypal "send money", you don't have any recourse.
If this is your only unpaid item, find the case in the eBay Resolution Center and look for a button to appeal or delete the strike. You will have to read a paragraph saying you will pay for the items you have purchase...click agree and the strike should be gone. https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
If that doesn't work, and you paid properly through eBay, call eBay CS (google for the no.).

@duggmillsMOs are only allowed in a few select categories.
How are you listing with money order as an accepted payment method?
eBay does not allow sellers to separately charge buyers any seller fees (include all your costs in the listing price), or to add any charges after the sale that are not included in the listing.

Probably if the buyer asks, they accept. Same as I would.

Here's the problem. You are in Slovenia and this is the U.S. board. If you bought this car part on eBay.com, the seller is not allowed to accept a wire transfer as payment in this category. If you bought it on any other site, like eBay.uk or .de, then the rules are different and you would have to ask for advice on that country's board or contact that ebay site directly.
If you did buy it on eBay.com then there is no way eBay will help you on a wire transfer. You would have to contact your bank.
