Item Specifics blank on app. Another glitch. Can't create new listings.

I haven't been able to create any new listings on the app for 3 days now. When I go to item description the item specifics page is missing entirely, so I can't complete any listings. I use my app exclusively for listing so this is a big deal. I called eBay and they said they have no 'tickets' that this glitch exists, which means no one is working to fix it. 

Is this happening to anyone else?

I use Turbo Lister to create my listings and on certain categories, purses most notably, there is only a bar to create your own IS.  This glitch happened about two months ago and so i thought it was great, you can make as many applicable IS as needed that really apply to the item, and not what ebay's one size fits all options sort of fit.

So I spent a couple of days redoing all my listings only to discover that the 'glitch' was fixed about a week later and none of my created IS was allowed and I had to do it all over again. 

ebay, just a lot of redumbdant keep busy work.

Personally I think that ebay is dinking around with the specifics program and catalog and how it is going to be applied.  Glitches always happen before ebay rolls out a new program that is guaranteed to frustrate sellers and cause more work.
