Item Specifics Not Printing

I always print a copy of my listing to each item I am selling.  However, in the past couple of days, the area under "item specifics" only prints a few letters on the left side of the paper - all other areas of my listing are printing just fine.  Is anyone else having this problem &, if so, how can this be corrected?

I have never heard of anyone else who does that.

What is the purpose?

@greytmom50  You probably already have done this, but I have to ask, anyway - have you checked your printer settings? Also, does it happen when you print to pdf? The other is checking the printer driver.
