Item Not Received

Buyer opened INR 4/29/2025. Tracking shows item delivered 4/28/2025, buyer noted the tracking shows delivered but not found. I responded to the case by trying to enter the tracking number, area was grey & I could not enter number. After contacting eBay was told I did everything right and wait for buyer to close case. Very uncomfortable with this situation as before I always was able to enter tracking info.  & case was solved in my favor. Did resolving the INR cases change & now sellers on dependent on buyers to close the case?

You should be just fine.  Ebay should be closing the INR in a few days in your favor.  I too would be curious as to why I couldn't enter the tracking number, but things change fast around here.  I never understood why we had to enter them in the first place when the number was already in Ebay's records.  If it weren't, then I understand why they would want it.

But still you should be just fine.  If the tracking shows Delivered, the buyer should not win the INR.  If anything else happens, come back and let us know so we can help you with this situation.

Re: Item Not Received

If you can't enter the tracking number it's usually because eBay has already added it for you.
