We recently sold a bottle o cleaning solution. We shipped it out the day the buyer bought it, on January 5. On January 6 it arrived in Pittsburgh. Four days later it arrives in Atlanta. Ever since then it has been in transit. It is only going to Fortson, GA. The buyer is getting very irritated (for good reason) and we have offered to send another with expressed shipping. But what is going on?

I've had a recent similar experience, though not as severe as yours. Other sellers with whom I converse have reported similar circumstances. With the new rates, I guess we will be paying more for less.

Have you spoken to anyone at your P.O.? No one here will know what’s happening with your package.

I'm not sure how but most times I have gone to the USPS site entered tracking, then it gives you a place to select contact me via email when delivered/ or for all updates. After this the item has always started moving again and within days appears as delivered. Coincidence? Maybe but batting about 10 out of 10 that it has worked even after weeks of nothing but in transit. Does it help boost the USPS to look for and get it moving? Sure seems like it. Takes only minutes, worth a try.
