I spent a lot of time on setting up a listing for 60 pieces of China/Pottery. I did a detailed description of every item and hit the save for later. I then packed the items one by one with bubble wrap , newspaper and peanuts for safe travel in 3 boxes. I measured them and weighed them.
I then went back to the saved "Draft" within 48 hours. My entire detailed description is gone and I can't even figure out how to quote shipping on 3 boxes of different size and weights.
Can anyone help. This was a big job.
Thanks

Ouch. Are you sure you hit "save for later" when you entered that info in? While it's never happened to me I have heard of drafts disappearing - but I've never heard of just some of the details in a draft dissapearing. I am sorry this happened to it. Though I am sure it's not what you want to hear, I suspect all the info is now gone and you will have to do it again

Yowch, that's gotta hurt.
It used to happen to me as well, long ago.
Very strange, though that nothing saved for you....my experience lately is that I see constant auto saving pop ups, or blurbs on the page when I do any work on the sell item forms.
Using notepad for all descriptions is the only way I know to protect my details for listing. Copy and paste, and save your description files.
Not, word, or wordpad or any other text program.
Notepad doesn't have html or rich text and will make your listings sleek and simple the way eBay really wants them for mobile optimization.
