Have you tried logging out, and then back in again to see if the eBay Standard Envelope label will then work?

Heck, a single postage stamp costs more than 60 cents... what 'label' are you asking about?

There are other means of shipping if eBay is not allowing you to ship. Lots of glitches in the last week or so. Try pirate ship and then insert the tracking number into your shipping info for your buyer. It's acceptable.

Are you trying to generate a label for a Letter Rate ?
USPS does not support that.
You need to go to the post office and buy stamps.

I sell extensively using Ebay Standard Envelope (EsE). The common causes of EsE not being available are:
1. Glitch: yes,this happens a lot.
2. Product country of origin: I actually think this is a glitch as well, as it happens often enough. Sometimes there's no rhyme or reason.
3. Single product exeeds $20 usd, multiple product order exceeds $50.
4. Weight and size of package. 3 ounce max, 11.5x6.125 dimensions. Also, an important note: no squared envelopes allowed. As for best shipping practices that get your packaged scanned (origin and destination), that's for another thread.

I use NetStamps through Endicia, and my stamps cost 60 cents. Of course, I am also purchasing a roll of blank stamps and have Dymo LabelWriter, but it beats going to the post office.
