So, is anyone having issues with contacting their customers/buyers on Ebay? I got some customers eying on games I'm selling, trying to get in touch with them after the buyer message me & I haven't heard back from them yet after messaging multiple times throughout days and weeks. Is it just me? Is Ebay acting up? Is there a bug or lag or something that's causing no respond from them. Cause I'm struggling with selling stuff. And more importantly, how can I be able to sell stuff to customers if I don't hear back from them for whatever reasons?

What exactly do you mean after you contacted them?
They had questions?
If a "customer" is eying your items it could be anyone, even other sellers
Can you explain a little more exactly what you are expecting?

If you answered their question, there's no need for them to reply back to you.

"I haven't heard back"
They may not have liked the answer you provided. Could be they are saving to buy, some of your games are hundreds of dollars. Could be the toilet broke and that was more important. Could even be they were feeling you out to see if you were easily scammed. You just never know.

I got a customer wanting to pay full price for the game, but haven't heard back for a month now. And I got another customer wanting it for $225, but struggling with contacting it.

Looks like you already told the buyer you dropped the price, so there's nothing else to do but wait to see if they buy it.

If you do a quality job of creating your listing, there is no reason for a buyer to contact you before placing an order.
So either some important information is missing from your listing or the buyer has some form of problem reading or understanding.
When you answer their question, you are offering assistance in understanding or remedying a failure to provide adequately clear required information.
The odds of a sale are no better than if your listing was perfect and the buyer was intelligent.
That was a depressing summary of where you are, even to me.

You look quite desperate with all those 'messages'.
Answer once and be done.
You do know that people don't get back on to ebay for sometimes months?
...they ask questions and then life moves on.

you tried to help answer "potential customer"
Consider it done when they do not purchase and you do not hear back from them
If the item is wanted there will be a buyer to pay what you are asking or at least offer a decent price
Hang in there and the sale will hopefully eventually come

"Hey! My Visa card holder isn't back till the 13th"
**bleep**? I would have blocked the buyer the minute I read that.

Those messages are bordering on harassment. If the buyer does not send you a message, don't send them one. That includes responding when you've already responded (unless you're just correcting something you said). If I were the potential buyer, I would never want to respond to you again.

Point made.

Got it, fair enough. I can be anxious if I don't get responses back. But also desperate.
