I purchased an item as a Christmas gift on November 19th, 2019 from a seller that just has their Location as United States. I thought I had paid through Paypal as I usually do but I must've mis-clicked for my card, but that's not what I'm concerned about as I'm showing the money was withdrawn and ebay shows it paid. A week after ordering, it was still just marked as Paid, but not shipped, so I sent a polite message just asking when they planned on shipping it out and if I could have a tracking number when it did. The Delivery Date at the time showed Dec 2 expected delivery. I never got a response, but the seller changed the price of the item as it went up from $13 to $25. I messaged a few days later with the same message although included I saw the price change. Still no response. Just the other day, I noticed the price go down to $11 on the item and still not shipped. It's after the original expected delivery time, but now the delivery time keeps changing between Dec 16th & Dec 30th. I can't contact ebay about cancelling the order since it won't allow that, and Ebay won't allow Item Hasn't Been Received because it hasn't come in by the expected date although that keeps changing. The seller still won't respond. I'm at a loss of what to do.
