I am facing a challenging problem with my website's integration with eBay, and I'm seeking assistance from fellow sellers and developers to resolve the issue.
Problem: My website features a section that is meant to display product listings from my eBay store. However, I have recently noticed that the product listings are not being retrieved or displayed correctly on the website.
Steps Taken:
- I have double-checked the eBay API credentials and confirmed that they are correctly set up in the website's backend.
- The website's codebase has not been modified recently, and the eBay integration used to work seamlessly.
- I have tested the website on different browsers and devices, but the problem persists across all of them.
Expected Behavior: When users visit my website, the section dedicated to displaying product listings from my eBay store should showcase a list of available products, including their titles, descriptions, prices, and images. These listings should be automatically fetched from my eBay store and updated in real-time to reflect any changes made on the eBay platform.
Actual Behavior: Currently, the section that is meant to display eBay product listings appears empty or shows a generic error message such as "No Listings Found." Despite having active product listings in my eBay store, none of them are being pulled and displayed on my website.
Additional Notes:
- My eBay store is operational, and the product listings are visible and accessible through the eBay platform.
- I have ensured that the eBay API credentials are still valid and have the necessary permissions to access my store's listings.
