A bit confused... is it the pole you sold on 5/17? (Confused as I don't think the transaction could have already gone that far...)
If the Sold listing offered 'No Returns' (like I see on your Live listings), you're out of luck and will have to refund in full this time.
Moving forward, since you are TRS... if you offered as little as '30-Day (Buyer pays) Returns', you'd have the ability to reduce the amount of the impending full refund by up to as much as 50% when a different/de-valued/damaged item is returned to you. That is one of the last seller protections left... so I'd advise that you use it. Revisit that policy. Good luck.

Sorry for your situation. Did you report the buyer? Your photos display that you may be drop shipping. Did this person send you the item back to you personally or did they send it back to the warehouse? Your ID is Savvy.shopper2000 per this message, but your ID on your listings is Vividshopper? All very confusing and hard to give advice given the info you've provided. Can you expand?

Looks like the OP is calling their store VividShopper not everyone uses their eBay ID as their store name.

Sorry this happened to you, but this is one of the funniest posts I've seen yet.
