Issue updating profile photo and about section: "Can't update page, changes don't occur."

I can't update my profile photo or the about section. I see others are having this issue as well. I make the changes then when I leave the page they disappear. Seems to not be saving the info at least on the profile section of my seller page. Refreshing the page does no good.

I recall this process taking 48 hours last time I tried it.
