I have been using the 20% off for just about every item. Last week I noticed an increase in sales which I assume had something to do with the promotion but this week is dead. I noticed an issue regarding visibility of the 20% off. Its supposed to say " Extra 20%" in green over to the right so when potential buyers are browsing listings they will see that I have 20% off instead of having to actually click on the listing to find this out. Hope that makes sense.

Instead, Im noticing that only certain items are displaying the 20% off in green and this is over many, many days to a week. Every time Ive edited..added items to the sale or even create brand new promotions something is not right and seems to mess it up worse. Basically its not displaying the 20% off to the public UNLESS they click on the listing in which it does show the 20% in red at the top left.

I called Ebay and they said they would send a report but acted like no known "bugs". Are you kidding me??? Im basically paying to promote items and it wont even display correctly. Today I end all my promotions and am going to start fresh. Im afraid that every time you edit the promotion or add new items its really not sorting its self out correctly. Obviously knowing a sellers item is 20% off right off the bat(instead of clicking on the listing first) could draw in a lot more sales). I am not posting with my selling ID but wondering what in the world this is or if anyone else noticed this.

Wow, its really astounding that no one knows what the H I'm talking about. Am I the only one that's picked up on this or am I the only account being targeted here? AGAIN. The 20% is supposed to be showing to anyone( IN GREEN OVER TO THE LEFT..or right over TOP RATED SELLER ICON) who is browsing items, and its still not. I had stopped all my promotions when I first posted this thread, and started a new one and that was 3 days ago. Its still not showing. Many, many buyers will not realize the item is marked down, unless they actually click on the listing. If someone knows right off hand, an item is marked down, they are more likely to look at the listing. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? Is Ebay doing updates with the manager promotions or anything like that, as there has to be something to this. I can't believe know one else is noticing this issue or having a problem with this as it has to affect sales.

Hard to say what you're even referring to when we can't see any listings. I rarely look at any listings when I run sales (I'm not buying my own stuff, so why would I?). So, it might not be that no one else is affected, it might just be that they can't understand what you're describing (and honestly, I can't either). Hope it gets resolved for you tho!
