I Have found out what happened! It seems Ebay along with just doing an update to their programs has changed the time it gives you to do Feedback based on the Sellers speedyness. Get on Ebay and go to the Summary page where you look at your (Generally) pending orders. You will notice all your items are not there! Now if you look in just above the first item and to the right it says / The last 60 days... and you will notice there are no longer options other than Years like 2021.... so what does this mean. It means that unless you complete your shipping of your item to get it to arrive in under 60 days you will get no Feedback. Ever ..... So remember if selling anything on Ebay this is now how it works!! You did have options for 90 days, 120 days which worked for slow shippers like the Mint on Coins or something from another country.... I fine that Now instead of Ebay helping Buyers and Sellers they have put a roadblock on receiving Feedback. And if you mark your item Shipped to soon before arrival (for the Seller) the clock starts running on your 60 days.... I tryed to talk to Ebay about this but really never got an answer but No that is how it is. Just an FYI Note if you start noticing your Feedback falling off !!!!

It doesn't matter when the item is marked shipped, the clock starts at the time the item is bought and paid for.
You have 60 days from the time of payment and it's been like that as long as I remember.

What possible reason could there be for your items to be continually sent so late to that the buyer does not receive them within 60 days? Even pre paid orders must be shipped within the delivery times eBay advises.
No feedback sounds better than negative feedback which you could be getting for such slow service.

I buy Coin's from the US Mint and the time varies when they ship / generally 90-120 days before they are released to ship , so unless these coins are in my hand and shipped within 45 days these people who buy them get no Positive Feedback if they arrive late. When you list an item it better be in your hand to ship and that's not always the case on Limited Editions...FYI

Are you listing these coins as presale items? If so, they are supposed to be shipped within 30 days of purchase. If any item takes longer than that to ship, it's a violation of eBay's presale policy.
Presale listings must clearly state that they are "presale" in the title and description, and guarantee shipment within 30 days of purchase.
In order to protect buyer and seller guarantees, presale listings must follow eBay policy, including listing the date the item will be available to ship.
Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

so unless these coins are in my hand and shipped within 45 days
So.
Don't do that.
If your competitors are pre-ordering and missing their shipping dates, but you are reliable even though you are listing only when you actually have the product, they get the bad feedback and you get positives.
OTOH- feedback is voluntary.
If the buyer can't leave it, it doesn't hurt you.
EBay does not use FB to assess member accounts.
EBay does use Disputes, cancellations, and Proof of Delivery for assessments.

Which is exactly why I mentioned Pre Sale in my response - Even pre sale items are supposed to be shipped within 30 days. If you take longer than that to ship, you are violating eBay's presale policy.
Buy it, receive it and then you can list it........
