Is this feedback extortion?

Hi there, , I sold a set of full-size sheets and the buyer is claiming they are queen-size.  Here is the message she sent me “ Hello. I washed the sheets and started to put them on. Your listing said FULL, but the sheets are queen. Can you refund some of the purchase price please before I leave feedback. Be fair.“  I responded please return for full refund and she became hostile, then left negative feedback, angry because I didn’t offer her  a partial refund. Would that be feedback extortion?

Good sheets can be very expensive.  A set of lightly used and freshly cleaned sheets are a real bargain.
