Is there something wrong with my eBay account?

I am starting to wonder if there is something really wrong with my eBay account.  Other sellers seem to be having really good months.  However, my sales have fallen off a cliff and have been ABYSMAL for the past few months about when all of the eBay changes started.  I am a top rated seller with 100 % feedback.  I am constantly listing the same type of items that were selling great a couple months ago, running sales, promoted listings, best offer, even trying free returns on lighter weight items, etc. None of this doesn't seem to be having any impact.  Called eBay support and they were less than helpful.  I have been giving it time (the so called summer slow down) and been hoping things will pick up but so far this has not been the case.  Should I run GTC with deep discount sales or sell similar every 30 days and only get sales every 14 days???  If anyone has any insight or if someone at eBay can look at my account to see if there is a problem please let me know ....  I am not sure what else to do at this point.  Thank you for your kind assistance with this!

Not sure I understand why you are seeing so few listings as I have over 300 listings and add 5 - 1 0 new listings most days.  I have 30 day returns on most of my listings.

Not sure what is going on with GSP prices as I didn't think I can control the rates GSP charges.

Good advice about social media.  I haven't explored that option yet but something to think about.

Thank you for taking time to look at my account and your kind advice!

Yes.  I used to live in Santa Fe and attend Indian Market every year.  Most of my jewelry comes from there.

Indian Market is once a year in Santa Fe where members of the tribes come in and sell their jewelry, pottery, etc.  If you Google it you can see It's a big event there.

A few pieces were also purchased directly from Indian tribe members in Santa Fe on the square.

I also have purchased a few pieces from Peyote Bird in Santa Fe which contracts with the local tribes to make jewelry for them.  Those pieces are disclosed in the descriptions as being from Peyeote Bird if they were marked PB.

Thank you for your advice.  Have a good day!

@vintageindiana

You are right about New Mexico. When I was a Hippie (lol), ex and I did a cross country trip in 1976 from Baltimore to California. Stopped in NM at a Trader's Shop. Bought a bear claw, turquoise & silver necklace (9 pieces) and he bought the Squash Blossom with Turquoise & Coral. Too bad in the divorce he got the Squash lolol.

But I was really turned off by this trader when some American Indian women came in selling blankets. He treated them like **bleep**. At that point I wanted to return our purchases but thought better since he was so ugly. That was in 1976, hopefully things have changed. P.S. Love your items. good job. and good luck!

I ain't got the brains to make this up (Fantastic Beasts)

I got most of my silver in at the Indian Market in Santa Fe.

Bummer about the Squash Blossom ... they are beautiful.  I would love one but they were super expensive when I lived there.

Thank you for the kind thoughts!
