Is there no longer a 14-day return policy? Or is it only allowed for certain categories?

Is eBay not allowing 14-day policy any longer? Or is it that only listings under certain categories can have this sort of policy duration? If so, which ones? Thank you, in advance, for your assistance.

I know it seems like an error to disallow 14-day returns the moment they require free 30 day returns for TSR+... they had it all worked out and knew people would switch to it when the time came. In an effort to ignore the seller's preference by prioritizing "streamlining returns" what you want doesn't matter to them, just your money.
