Make sure you read eBay's' Prohibited item list' before listing
Also give clear pictures and descriptions
Stay away from 'item stock photos

A few things to consider.
1. First rule as a seller never list anything you cannot afford to take the financial loss on.
2. Read and understand the eBay MBG and Fee structure. Accept you have literally NO protection
as a seller on eBay.
3. As a new seller start with low value items you are going to be a target for every scammer out there.
4. Avoid selling internationally until you have some experience. If you do elect to sell internationally
you may want to limit the countries you ship to.
5. Use your own pictures of the item that are clear and from multiple angles. Fully describe the item
and any issues it may have.
6. You can either use auction format or BIN both have their pro's and con's. As a new seller suggest you
use BIN with immediate payment required.
7. Have a good business model in place, know your costs, fees and taxes and what you want your return to
be if you are looking to make a profit. If you are not looking to make a profit then just sell away.
